DMV (My DANCE MUSIC VIDEO Production) is a Passion Dance Studio premium dance course where you get to star in your very own music video. This is our signature course, which is not offered any where else in Australia. You’ll be training with some of Australia’s most talented choreographers from Passion Studio to experience a professional music video production, including choreography, formations, camera works and much more…
So you might ask, what will I expect from this course? Here’s a brief rundown. Firstly, you’ll need to enrol a course. We have a variety of choices to cater for everyone! From absolute beginner to advanced, from hip hop to jazz to kpop, there’s something for all. Once enrolled, you’ll take part in a series of choreography classes in which the you’ll learn the expertly choreographed routine from our instructors. Next come scheduled rehearsals follwed by a professional video shoot. The video shoot will be scheduled and you will experience first hand what it will be like to dance in a music video. Not long after you’ll receive your very own professionally edited video.

F.A.Q.
How is this different from other courses?
The DMV course is a signature course of Passion Dance Studio. Unlike other courses/projects which will teach you a choreographed routine for your own leisure or performance, our course is specifally designed for a music video production. The choreography designed for this course is specifically designed for the camera and ultimately the screen. You’ll also have the unique experience of participating a music video shoot – the behind the scene workings, professional sets and equipment, and the chance to work with people experienced in the dance industry.
How many spots are available in each course?
As our choreographers are aiming to produce the highest standard of dance, each of our dance courses have a limited number of places. Generally, once all the allocated places for each course are filled, the course will begin.
Can I have my own track selection?
Yes. If you’d like to have us choreograph and produce a dance music video for your favourite track, we’re more than happy to discuss it with you.
What if I miss out one of the class or filming?
Our course dates, for classes, filming and rehearsal are fixed and are unfortunately not flexible due to time constraints. Supplementary classes and filmings will not be organised.
Do I need dance experience for this course?
No. We cater for all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced.
